Our Policies and Procedures
Social Media Zero Tolerance Policy
At Drs Reddy & Nunn and Humber Primary Care, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our patients and staff – both in person and online.
To support this, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding inappropriate use of social media.
What This Means:
- Any abusive, offensive, or derogatory posts directed at our staff or practice on social media platforms may be considered a breach of the doctor-patient relationship.
- In serious cases, this could result in removal from our practice list.
Why This Matters:
- Negative or harmful online comments can cause significant distress to our team and other patients.
- They can also create an atmosphere of fear or mistrust, potentially discouraging people from seeking the care they need.
We ask all patients to engage with us respectfully – whether in person, over the phone, or online.
Before posting on social media, please take a moment to consider the impact of your words.
If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact the practice directly so we can address it appropriately and supportively.
