NHS App Support Sessions

The NHS App allows you to manage your appointments, repeat prescriptions and access a range of other healthcare services via your smartphone or home computer/tablet.

We recognise that some of our patients may need additional support to get their account setup and familiarise themselves with the services available to them online. This is why we are working with the volunteers from our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and the practices in our Primary Care Network to provide support to our registered patients.

Our support sessions are open to all patients, whether you are completely new to using online services, or just want to learn how to utilise these features better.

Sessions will be held locally with each patient having one to one support with one of our volunteers.
