There are several ways to provide feedback to our PCN, whether it’s a compliment, a suggestion, or a complaint. You can engage with us through the following channels:

  • NHS Complaints Process:

You can submit a formal complaint if something has gone wrong. Each of our practices has a dedicated complaints page where you can learn about the process and how to submit your concerns.

  • NHS Compliments:

If you have received exceptional care or service, we welcome your compliments through the same channels. Recognising good practice is just as important as addressing areas of improvement.

  • Suggestions and Ideas:

If you have ideas for improving our services, we encourage you to share them with us. Whether it’s a small adjustment or a new initiative, your suggestions can help us evolve and better serve our community.
